Responsibilities
Coordinate with Team Leaders to prioritize and track orders.
Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Expedite parts, supplies, and units through the production process to avoid delays.
Perform cycle counting and inventory tracking, ensuring accuracy.
Work closely with distribution centers to ensure efficient product flow.
Maintain daily production reports, manage order tracking, and flag any delays.
Utilize Excel for tracking and reporting purposes.
Identify and troubleshoot issues affecting the production schedule.
Support both office and floor-based tasks, ensuring a seamless operation.
Qualifications
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Effective communication and coordination abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience with cycle counting and inventory management.
Woodworking experience is an asset.
Physically fit to handle tasks within a multi-story facility.
Energetic and self-motivated.
