Responsibilities
- System Management: Oversee the ERP system (e-Emphasys) and related applications, including Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Power BI Analytics, ensuring proper governance and monitoring.
- User Support: Provide second-line support to ERP users, leveraging a strong understanding of business processes and their alignment with technical solutions.
- Ticket Management: Manage and delegate support tickets and incident reports to third-party vendors responsible for technical support and system maintenance.
- Product Evolution: Engage in system maintenance and enhancements by analyzing business requirements and identifying new features to optimize the solution.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in IT support, product ownership, or business analytics within an IT applications landscape.
- Familiarity with ERP implementation or support, including data integration and interfacing between multiple systems.
- Experience with e-Emphasys ERP, Infor ERP, or SAP S/4H ERP is highly advantageous.
- Strong diagnostic abilities and problem-solving skills to analyze and resolve system issues effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in English; fluency in French is a plus.
