Responsibilities
- In collaboration with Product Team, design and present concrete solutions related to business needs
- Model and document current business solutions
- Identify stakeholders and analyze the customer experience impact of solutions
- Assist the PM in several program-level ceremonies, and actively participate in defining the business solution.
- Prior to the planning event, the Product Owner also typically contributes to the program vision, roadmap and content presentations.
- During the event, the PO is involved in defining the User Stories, providing the necessary clarifications on business needs to help the team in its
estimates and sequencing
- Support product managers in their daily activities, including data analysis, questions to product teams, etc., and in improving the product development process.
- Support partners/users throughout the delivery process, ensuring quality of service.
- Carry out analyses centered on business needs, which will guide the solutions to be implemented, by documenting them in detail and validating them on an ongoing basis with business managers.
- Identify customer interface requirements, such as display screens, reports or dashboards, to meet business needs.
