Responsibilities
•Lead the implementation of the Ariba P2P system, ensuring all project milestones are met
•Providing global business perspective on the proposed future-state business process across organization
•Drive consensus amongst Client business stakeholder teams with respect to leading practice processes
•Drive change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of the new system
•Manage the project lifecycle, from planning and execution to monitoring and closing
•Provide leadership and guidance to the project team, ensuring everyone is aligned and working towards common goals
•Utilize deep operational procurement knowledge to address and resolve any challenges that arise
•Understand and navigate the complexities of the DTC environment, identifying and addressing potential risks
•Implement best practices for the Procure-to-Pay process to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
•Deliver end-user training and ongoing support to ensure users are proficient and confident in using the new system
•Contribute to the risk documentation and feedback to the Project Management Team as required
Qualifications
•3-5 years of relevant experience in procurement, project management, and change management.
•Proven experience in procurement, with a focus on operational procurement and change management.
•Experience in leading large-scale P2P implementation projects.
•Expertise in the Procure-to-Pay process and best practices.
•Excellent communication and training skills, with the ability to provide clear guidance and support to end-users.
•P2P Process Knowledge: Familiarity with the end-to-end P2P process, including procurement, invoice processing, payment approvals, and vendor management.
