Our client, a Global Insurance Company, is seeking a Processing Administrator with strong analytical skills to join their team for a significant project. This role is initially a 6-month contract with a strong potential for extension for the right candidate, based at their Downtown Toronto office.

-A wide array of data entry and running reports
-Manual coding and uploading policies in the base
-Responsible for reviewing and organizing confidential personal as well as policy information

-Tracking and arranging the e-docs based on the guidelines provided
-Redirecting and replacing the information to ensure the files and folders are up-to-date
-Working with a wide range of internal software to pull relevant information
Qualifications
What YOU bring to the table:
-3+ years of administrative or similar experience in banking, finance or insurance industry
-Strong Analytical skills are a must
-Excellent working proficiency with MS Excel (i.e. spreadsheet management)
-Fast and accurate typing/data entry skills
-Insurance experience is an ASSET
-Tech savvy attitude with a strong desire to learn new software
-High attention to detail
-Strong time management skills with ability to multitask
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
