In this role you will support the site team to implement scalable, standardized processes that ensure consistent quality and throughput. Responsibilities
In this role you will...
-Help develop core SOPs for production, material handling, LOI and particle size testing, and process changes
-Help optimize daily output and quality targets by system (crusher, dryer, separators, ball mill, etc.)
-Design and implement a "ramp-up" production plan, with controlled throughput increases and KPI tracking
-Review inventory of critical equipment and manufacturer recommendations
-Assist plant in a structured approach to resolving top 5 process and mechanical stress points/bottlenecks
-Create a lightweight system for logging and approving equipment, process, or parameter changes
-Develop job aids, basic training materials, and onboarding tools for new operators and engineers
Qualifications
As a strong candidate for this role you have...
-A degree in Engineering
-5+ years experience in process engineering
-Hands-on experience within chemical or glass manufacturing
-Experience creating standardized processes
