Our client, a top 5 bank, is looking for a Process and Change Management Specialist for a 8 month contract in Toronto. This is hybrid role - Monday in office and every 2nd Friday
Shifts: 9-5 Monday to Friday Some flexibility as long as the work get's done.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
· Review and Assess Back Office Processes:
o Evaluate existing processes to identify and document the impacts of the Visa Debit Modernization Project.
o Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
o Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
· Change Management Coordination:
o Assess and coordinate all change management activities with frontline teams to ensure smooth transitions.
o Work with various stakeholders to develop and execute change management plans, including training and support materials.
o Monitor and report on the progress of change management initiatives.
· Operations Journey Support:
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the creation of detailed operations journeys.
o Identify potential operational challenges and develop strategies to address them.
o Ensure alignment of operations journeys with overall project objectives.
· Communication Plan Assistance:
o Assist in the development and execution of a comprehensive communication plan for the Visa Modernization Project.
o Create and distribute communication materials to stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent messaging.
o Gather feedback and adjust communication strategies as needed.
Qualifications
Must Have Requirement:
- 4+ years of experience in back-office operations, process improvement, and change management.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in the financial services industry, particularly with Visa debit products, is highly desirable.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
