Responsibilities
- Operate digital printing equipment and various finishing tools, such as paper cutters, bindery, and laminators.
- Serve as the primary contact for receiving customer orders, providing estimates, scheduling, and tracking job progress.
- Perform quality checks at each stage of production to ensure high standards.
- Track, log, and maintain records of completed jobs for reuse and billing purposes.
- Wrap, pack, label, and ship final products, keeping inventory well-stocked.
- Troubleshoot basic production issues and ensure output aligns with client expectations.
Qualifications
MUST HAVE:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in a customer service role, ideally in a production or print environment.
- Ability to stand for most of the day and lift up to 50 pounds comfortably.
- Must be detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality control.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Willingness to learn, develop, and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe software..
