As a Print Production Associate, the individual is responsible for performing printing operations / services in the production process.

Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Establish and Maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction
• Work with Lead Print Operator to review production schedule
• Determine output requirements
• Document set up / manipulation as required
• View and approve proofs to ensure quality meets or exceeds customer requirements
• Perform maintenance and repair of high-frequency service call areas to maximize customer uptime
• Resolve production issues
• Maintain production equipment and change supplies
• Monitor supplies inventory
• Back up for processing Loomis deliveries
• Other duties as required
• Back up to regular delivery driver
Qualifications
REQUIRED SKILLS
• Valid Drivers License
• B&W Production Equipment
• Freeflow
• Able to operate large centralized digital equipment
• Able to detect production inconsistencies and quality issues
• Operation of PC applications in networked environment
• Able to read, write and follow English instructions
• Listen, understand and communicate effectively
• Willingness to learn and develop
• Able to work with others in a team atmosphere
• Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Legally eligible to work in Canada
EXPERIENCE: 6 months to 1 year experience in a Customer Service environment EDUCATION: • Minimum High School diploma or equivalent
• Post high school technology training or experience (Preferred)
