Shift: Day Shift - Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Salary: $25 - $35 per hour (Based on Experience)

Responsibilities
Assemble components per drawings and instructions, conducting testing as needed.
Understand and use inspection equipment to ensure specifications are met.
Ensure cleanliness of parts before assembly and follow all procedures.
Adhere to safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment.
Operate precision measuring tools (micrometers, verniers, CMM) and hand tools (hydraulic torque wrench, torch) in a warehouse setting.
Troubleshoot assembly issues effectively.
Maintain attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.
Perform basic mathematical calculations and unit conversions.
Participate in Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) activities and follow all company policies.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical documents, and safety regulations.
Write routine reports and communicate effectively with peers and supervisors.
Maintain a customer-service focus for timely delivery and quality work.
Possess basic computer skills for data entry and Microsoft Office.
Be available for overtime and weekend work on short notice.
Promote team building and continuous improvement.
Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs safely.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Experience in a workshop environment.
Familiarity with automation controls and electrical components.
Background as a mechanic for rotating machines or mechanical devices, or general mechanic experience.
General education certificate or vocational training.
High school diploma or GED with 5-7 years of relevant experience.
