Responsibilities
- Maintain data accuracy in the PMO’s Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools.
- Oversee the maintenance of the PMO’s Resource and Cost Estimating tool.
- Create, maintain, and run PMO reports, ensuring both quality and data accuracy.
- Enter financial adjustments, process month-end accruals, and maintain project work breakdown structures within SAP.
- Ensure that project managers adhere to PMO frameworks and deliver timely, high-quality products, including project status reports, active RAID management, stage gates, and CEW forecasts.
- Support and train Project Managers and Project Coordinators on PMO processes, frameworks, and tools, including SAP, ARIBA, MS Project Online, and MS PPM.
Qualifications
- Experience in SAP PS Project Systems module
- Experience making financial adjustments, accruals and maintaining work breakdown structures in SAP
- Basic knowledge of SAP Ariba Guided Buying
- Expert level knowledge of Excel and VB
- Experience with SharePoint and Teams
- Knowledge of Project Management frameworks and processes and SDLC.
- Solid written and oral communication skills
- Experience in effectively communicating with senior leadership.
- Takes accountability and ownership of work products and focuses on high-quality output.
