In this position you will be responsible for developing, planning and organizing all site operations, including all production, maintenance, quality and other non-production related activities. You will be responsible for all customer requirements, rules, laws and regulations compliance all whileleading by example living out the company values.

Responsibilities
- Oversee plant operations, including production, safety, quality, maintenance, and shipping.
- Develop and execute short- and long-term production plans aligned with company goals.
- Lead and coach teams to achieve objectives while fostering a positive work environment.
- Monitor and optimize safety, quality, cost, and manufacturing efficiency.
- Manage labour, repair expenses, and budgets to control costs effectively.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, environmental, and technical regulations (e.g., HACCP, GMP, BRC).
- Identify and implement improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste.
- Act as a liaison across departments and represent the company with stakeholders and the community.
Qualifications
- You have a minimum of 7 years experience in Food manufacturing management
- You have 5-10 years experience in a sr leadership role within a large manufacturer
- You have a BSc in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- Strong working experience in budgets and financials
- You have extensive working experience working with an IWS, using the system to its fullest potential
- You have a background with manufacturing methods, process improvements
- You have a valid passport to be able to travel internationally (up to 30% based on company needs)
