Our client, a respected independent pharmacy, is seeking a Pharmacy Operations and Business Development Lead for their Long-Term Care/Retirement/Group Home Pharmacy in Brantford, Ontario. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling pharmacy services to group homes and retirement homes within Ontario and be deeply embedded within an established, aligned network. Our ideal candidate is a Registered Pharmacy Technician with a mix of operational and account management (retention and acquisition) experience. Responsibilities
Pharmacy Operations & Business Development Lead - Brantford, ON - Healthcare
• Perform on-site work in Brantford approximately once a week; however, remote work is an option for the sales portion of the role. Full-time on-site work is also an option depending on candidate preference. RPhT license is preferred to support required on-site operational work.
• Develop and execute a business development strategy focused on acquiring new group home and retirement home pharmacy clients.
• Manage client onboarding, service contracts, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Focus on sales relationship management, including account acquisition and retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery for new and existing clients.
• Operate Monday to Friday, with flexible daytime hours.
• Must be open to travel within Ontario to support on-site service and relationship management with the pharmacy's client homes.

• Highly organized, with the ability to balance both sales and operational responsibilities.
