We’re currently helping one of our outstanding pharmacy partners in the St. Jonh's area find a full-time, permanent Pharmacy Assistant.

If you want to work in a vibrant environment where your contributions are acknowledged and you receive support to achieve your goals, this non-retail pharmacy setting offers the chance to collaborate with a large team of healthcare professionals. You’ll be involved in a variety of tasks, including prescription filling and technical duties within the scope of a pharmacy assistant, computer and phone work using Kroll to support patient service, and collaborating with the pharmacy team to ensure prescription production and delivery schedules are met. You'll have access to training and support from a dedicated leadership team to foster your growth and development.

If work/life balance is a priority for you, this position features a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm or 9am - 5pm and there is ample overtime available (voluntary) which could considerably elevate the base salary as estimated by us in this posting as this role is salaried (plus annual bonus that is not included in our estimated rate) and overtime would be paid in accordance with the ESA over and above the base salary. There are no weekend or holiday shifts required, and any paid overtime is entirely voluntary.

Our ideal candidate is:
✔ An experienced Pharmacy Assistant with experience completing prescription intake by phone or in person, entry into pharmacy software (Kroll ideally but not required - our client will train), experience filling vial or prepacked prescriptions (labelling, filling), discussing payment/insurance and delivery requirements with patients by phone and supporting problem solving
✔ Prior Pharmacy Assistant experience in any pharmacy setting is required - please apply today!
