Our client, a leading non-retail pharmacy in Mississauga, is looking for Pharmacy Assistants who are focused primarily on prescription data entry to join their team supporting specialized delivery of pharmacy services through Kroll. In this role, you'll become an integral part of their established pharmacy data entry team, responsible for precision data entry of prescriptions in an office setting, ensuring that all information is input efficiently and accurately and can thus be actioned by the production team.

Responsibilities
- Entering a high volume of patient profiles, medication histories, and other relevant prescription information, ensuring timeliness and accuracy
- Critical analysis of available information and problem-solving to ensure that all necessary data can be identified and entered into the system
- Liaising with internal and external contacts regarding patient information, medical data, and urgent patient care issues
- Updating and maintaining a database of patient information
- Other administrative duties as required
Qualifications
- The ideal candidate have experience in data entry through Kroll in a non retail or high volume retail setting
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities and computer skills are required
- Positive outlook, strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a team required.
