Responsibilities
Admin & Copay Specialist: Process and manage patient copay assistance programs, ensuring accurate data entry and timely follow-ups. Assist patients in navigating financial programs and healthcare systems.
Reimbursement Specialist: Oversee the insurance verification and reimbursement process for patients, ensuring claims are accurately submitted and processed in a timely manner. Collaborate with insurance providers and healthcare providers to resolve reimbursement issues.
Patient Support Specialist: Provide ongoing support to patients, ensuring they have the resources and information they need throughout their healthcare journey. Assist with medication access, delivery coordination, and patient education.
Healthcare Support Staff: Assist patients with healthcare-related inquiries and act as a liaison between patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies. Offer administrative support to ensure smooth operations in healthcare programs.
Caseworker: Manage patient cases from start to finish, ensuring that all aspects of the patient’s care and insurance needs are met. Work directly with patients and healthcare providers to ensure optimal treatment outcomes.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical and healthcare systems.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Experience with insurance verification, copay programs, and reimbursement processes.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
