Responsibilities
-Plan, execute, and manage online marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and Amazon DSP.
-Manage audience segmentation, advanced targeting, and real-time performance tracking to support business priorities and objectives.
-Optimize execution of all media plans through data-driven decisions and media technology to generate maximum ROI.
-Collaborate with Amazon Advertising account teams to adopt the latest platform innovations and tools.
-Utilize programmatic ad buying to enhance cross-channel effectiveness.
- Develop and implement data-driven performance marketing strategies across digital channels, including social, search, display, CRM, and eCommerce.
- Analyze and monitor campaign performance across channels, categories, and targets, leveraging advanced analytics for actionable insights.
- Develop post-campaign reports showcasing ROI, monitoring key performance metrics (quality scores, CTR, conversion rates, CPA, etc.).
- Provide key learnings and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Optimize performance marketing strategies based on data insights, market trends, and technical implementation to scale and automate digital strategies.
- Work with a multidisciplinary team, fostering collaboration across creative, account, and analytics departments.
- Provide mentorship to junior team members and champion a culture of learning and innovation.
- Stay ahead of trends in programmatic media, Amazon marketing, and Adobe Marketing Cloud solutions.
- Represent the company in client meetings, workshops, and industry events, showcasing expertise in digital media.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in performance marketing and media strategy, with proven expertise in Amazon DSP campaigns and client management.
- Proficiency in Amazon DSP, including advanced targeting, optimization, and reporting, as well as additional DSPs like Google DV360 and The Trade Desk.
- Experience with A/B testing and optimizing campaign components for performance improvement.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign Manager (cross-channel campaign orchestration) and Adobe Advertising Cloud (programmatic ad buying).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex strategies to both internal teams and clients.
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities, with a focus on developing and nurturing talent.
- Ability to lead media pitch processes and develop compelling, data-driven narratives.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
