Responsibilities
Process, reconcile and audit bi-weekly payroll for Canadian employees.
Perform remittances related to payroll.
Make changes and additions to group insurance premiums when required.
Prepare special off-cycle payroll runs for bonus and stock options.
Manage time banks, sick leaves, vacations, and unpaid absences in connection and in support of the Finance team.
Participate in the preparation of year-end audit files related to payroll.
Support year end processes
Prepare a variety of ad-hoc reports as requested.
Qualifications
ACP/PCP Course required
1-3 years of relevant experience
Bilingual (An asset)
Experience working with Nethris or other systems (an asset)
