Our client in the retail industry is looking for an experienced Payroll specialist to join a team of 3. For the right candidate, this is a long term opportunity! The ideal candidate would have over 3-5 years of experience in payroll. The candidate must be bilingual French and English, and assets include being a member of the Canadian payroll association, experience with Nethris, excel and processing of commissions / bonuses. -Participate in the full cycle of payroll
-Payroll of 550ee, divided by 3 members in the team
-Quebec and Ontario non-unionized payroll
-Process commissions / bonuses
-Process employee benefits
-Participate in all year end tasks, T4,R1,ROEs and more
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- 3-5 + years of experience in Payroll
- Excellent communication skills in French with a minimum of functional English (7/10)
- Member of the Canadian payroll association a strong asset
- Must be a team-player, must be organized and meticulous in your work
