Responsibilities
Handle payroll, tax deductions, and ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
Manage benefits, hiring, leaves, compensation, and employee records.
Act as a resource for payroll and benefits, process garnishments, and maintain records.
Reporting & Finance, Assist with government remittances, balance payroll, and generate reports.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations.
Help develop and analyze compensation and benefits programs.
Stay updated on HR best practices and improve internal processes.
Qualifications
ACP/PCP Course (an Asset)
3-5 years of relevant experience
Bilingual (An asset)
Experience working with ADP or other systems (an asset)
