Position: Parts Technician
Shift: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday
Salary: $25/hour or above (based on experience)
Location: Edmonton (not transit accessible)

Responsibilities
Organize, store, and distribute parts efficiently.
Conduct inventory cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
Collaborate with mechanics to manage inventory levels, including setting min-max thresholds.
Maintain the Stores Material Master to track and update inventory records.
Monitor parts delivery dates and vendor performance through scorecards.
Liaise with vendors, obtain quotes, and manage part orders.
Track parts against work orders, ensuring delivery status updates are accurate.
Manage and file paperwork in an organized manner.
Adhere to company policies and perform any additional duties as required
Qualifications
2-3 years of experience as a Parts Technician (Journeyman certification is an asset).
Hands-on experience with Tatems Fleet Management software is required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a fast-paced workload.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) is essential.
Forklift certification is preferred for handling large parts.
