Competitive annual salary between $60,000 and $70,000/ depending on your experience
Monday-to-Thursday schedule from 8am to 5pm and Friday from 8am to 12pm;

Responsibilities
-Respond to parts requests
-Follow-up with suppliers and provide updates to customers;
-Accurately process quotations, orders and invoices in the computer system;
-Collect invoices from customers;
-Open work orders for the service department;
-Purchase from suppliers;
-Receive supplier purchases in the system and place merchandise in the right places in the warehouse;
-Perform diligent inventory management;
-Receive, prepare for delivery and ship merchandise.
-Ensure quantities of certain products and manage inventory;
Qualifications
-3-5 years' experience in a similar position
-Comfortable using computer systems (ERP)
-Autonomous and able to manage priorities;
-Be rigorous and resourceful;
-Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work quickly in a constantly changing environment;
-Team-oriented;
-Basic knowledge of MS Office suite;
-Bilingual (French, English) to assist suppliers in Ontario.
