We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join the team of one of the most prestigious foundations in Canada at their Downtown Toronto location. In this role, you will be supporting the team with document gathering and reviewing (formatting, proofreading, drafting, etc.), occasional calendar management.
Please note this is a four week contract opportunity on a contract basis with maximum 15 flexible hours per week based on the business needs.

-Occasional meeting setup and calendar management
- Document gathering and reviewing (formatting, proofreading, drafting, etc.)

Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant/Senior Admin Assistant
• Exceptional communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills
• Excellent proficiency with MS Office is essential
• Self-starter with a can-do attitude
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality while dealing with sensitive information
• Ability to work under a dynamic and a deadline-driven environment
• Ability to think critically and undertake important judgment
