Salary: $25 - $27/hr

Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails
- Maintain the reception area and keep it tidy and presentable
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail deliveries and couriers
- Receive and sort through incoming mail
- Scanning and submitting electronic documents in folders
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and office supply management
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Uphold company security by following procedures and monitoring visitor access
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk, or Administrative role is preferred
- Previous experience with calendar management and scheduling
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and excellent typing skills
- Professional demeanour and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
