Responsibilities
Monitoring and assessing the impact of change on employees
Creating change management strategies to achieve the target state in terms of digital
transformation
Developing and implementing plans to manage change
Identifying change KPIs
Communicating change management plans to teammates and key stakeholders to ensure their
understanding and buy-in
Leading, coordinating, and managing change management activities
Managing the change agent network
Providing expert advice on handling a change in an organization
Evaluating the success of change management initiatives and providing recommendations if
required
Leading a team of 2-4 resources (change management and communication) and coordinating
with the training team
Qualifications
Education/Work Experience
A bachelor’s degree in human resources (HR), business administration, or a related field
10+ years of change management
Was a leader of a team of change management over a minimum period of 24 months in at least 2
major mandates including process and technology driven transformation
Has elaborated at least 2 OCM strategies impacting various stakeholder groups
Has delivered change management in an organization with multiple hierarchical levels and across
various functions
Demonstrate that the resource has used a recognized OCM methodology such as PROSCI
Has delivered a OCM strategy and plan that covered various territories
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Adeptness in using advanced tools and software, like project management software, to manage
change processes.
Other Skills
Bilingual (French and English) to collaborate with client/coworkers
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences.
Excellent active listening skills
Ability to clearly articulate messages to variety of audiences
Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
Problem solving and root-cause identification skills
Able to work effectively at all levels of an organization
