Responsibilities
- providing a team leadership or primary support role for organizational and process design for a large-scale business transformation.
- leading or contributing to a business analysis or enterprise architecture practice for an organization including overseeing adoption of best practices, coaching and mentoring practitioners, providing quality assurance on work products, managing resource assignments, and leading the team.
- complex business architecture and modelling, including working directly with executive leadership teams and facilitating stakeholder workshops, to develop future state models, performance gap analyses, and develop transition plans to move to the future state.
Qualifications
- Certificate in Business Analysis (mandatory)
- 10 years’ experience providing a team leadership or primary support role for organizational and process design for a large-scale business transformation.
- 3 years’ experience participating in provincial or state-level transformation of healthcare services including targeted service improvements and healthcare service consolidation.
- 3 years’ experience redeveloping the organizational reporting structure in healthcare organizations including the redesign of job descriptions and functions.
