Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Create customer accounts in QuickBooks with the necessary information to process orders.
Promptly send POAs after order entry.
Prepare quotes for customers as needed.
Monitor and continuously update information related to open orders.
Manage the merchandise return process, including requesting credits from the finance team once returns are received and verified.
Be the primary internal point of contact for any questions or issues related to orders or returns.
Qualifications
Bilingualism, both spoken and written.
Comfortable with data entry and attention to detail.
Experience or a good understanding of ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, etc.).
Organizational skills, thoroughness, and strong teamwork skills.
