As an Order-to-Cash Process Manager your role will be to lead local, regional, and global Order-to-Cash (O2C) activities and maintain world-class KPIs. This role is key to maximizing cash flow through timely cash collection and a sound control environment.
The Orders to Cash team maximizes sales and revenue by increasing awareness, minimizing exceptions and achieving execution excellence. In your role, you will motivate, stimulate and lead a team of analysts to align with corporate objectives and continue to deliver world-class results.
Schedule:
hybrid work (2 days on site)
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Starting salary depends on experience and can vary between $30 and $35/hour.

Responsibilities
The Order to cash manager's duties include:
- Manage activities related to the order-to-cash (OTC) cycle.
- Oversee the management of the OTC cycle, ensuring alignment with key performance indicators and compliance standards.
- Contribute to key OTC projects focused on process optimization and technology integration, including new sales channels.
- Collaborate with Commercial and Corporate Finance teams to improve operational efficiency and provide strategic analysis.
- Assist in the creation of reporting tools and dashboards for complete visibility of the order-to-cash cycle.
- Identify and implement process optimizations to improve efficiency while maintaining rigorous controls.
- Collaborate with various departments (Sales, Supply Chain, etc.) to optimize workflows and strengthen collaboration.

- Assist management with evolving business needs and special projects, keeping stakeholders informed of updates and issues.
- Support testing of new system functionality, monitor defects and ensure effective resolution.
Qualifications
The Order to cash manager must :
- Bachelor's degree in finance or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Bilingual English-French.
- Strong ability to translate data into usable information.
- Advanced computer skills, Microsoft Office (advanced Excel skills required).
- Ability to challenge conventional practices.
- Strong organizational skills, effective time management, presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
