Responsibilities
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of tasks in line with departmental objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Support the standardization, automation, and simplification of processes and procedures within the department.
Develop approaches and templates to enhance performance.
Maintain accurate records and validate billing document corrections related to delivery discrepancies, returns, and pricing investments.
Monitor and track daily transactions to ensure efficient and accurate processing within SAP.
Manage accounts receivables related to sales corrections.
Run and analyze various reports to monitor OTC data, extract insights, and provide interpretations.
Maintain logs of procedure changes and respond to transactional email inquiries within defined standards.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide sales solutions and respond to reporting inquiries.
Report any system, procedure, or process inconsistencies to the OTC supervisor.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related quantitative field.
Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a reputable and large organization.
Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to solve complex business problems using Excel.
Knowledge of Narro IQ, VBA, or Python is an asset.
Familiarity with SAP, PowerBI, and Salesforce is an asset.
Bilingualism in French (asset) and English (must-have) – both written and spoken.
