Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
•Pick and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and care
•Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks and manual handling
•Handle material movement within the warehouse and inventory areas
•Maintain a clean and organized work environment by following warehouse standards
•Work closely with the warehouse supervisor to meet daily targets and urgent priorities
•Participate in cycle counts and support general stock organization
•Operate forklifts or pump trucks as needed (certification is a strong asset)
Qualifications
Previous warehouse, order picking, or physical labor experience is an asset (not required)
Willingness to learn and follow warehouse best practices
Physically fit – able to lift 25–30 pounds, bend, and stand/walk for 9 hours
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Basic computer and scanning skills (training provided)
Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Forklift/pallet jack experience or certification is a plus
Must be fully vaccinated (proof required)
Steel-toed safety shoes required
