We are seeking an experienced Forklift Operator with proficiency in Reach Truck, Counterbalance Forklift, and Order Picker operations. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow within the organization. This position offers the chance to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced warehouse environment, with convenient access to public transportation via a nearby bus route.

-Direct hire opportunity -$21/hour + $2/hour shift premium for the afternoon shift
-Straight day shift 8 am - 4:30 pm
-Straight afternoon shift - 2pm - 10:30 pm

Responsibilities
- Driving Reach, Counterbalance and Order Picker Forklifts
- RF scanner, manual order picking
- Unionized environment, Measured accuracy and pick results
- Handling boxed items of shoes, safety clothing, gloves etc.
- Palletizing and wrapping skids
- Inspection and visual quality check of final shipping products
- Basic math and reading tasks to be performed
- Staging products and materials for distribution
- Lifting up to 50lbs
- Housekeeping duties
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- General labor experience
- comfortable with occasional heavy lifting
- safety shoes
- warehouse experience
- FL - Reach Experience / Counterbalance and Order Picker
- forklift license on the Order Picker, Reach, and Counterbalance is required
