Responsibilities
- Efficiently process orders to facilitate distribution.
- Ensure seamless inventory availability with meticulous checks.
- Skillfully handle logistics by routing orders via EDI or Retailer portals.
- Proactively manage open-order files, promptly addressing routing issues.
- Collaborate with Sales teams for weekly result reviews and improvement initiatives, aiming for excellence in on-time delivery metrics.
- Identify, escalate, and propose effective solutions for issues, including compliance-related deductions/errors, and assist in the resolution of dispute claims.
Qualifications
- Previous experience with Amazon B2B and Vendor Central
- 1 to 2 years logistics and operations experience, involving B2B
- Strong communication skills in English and intermediate French
* Knowledge of the English language is required as our client works with their offices in the United States.
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Organized and detail-oriented mindset
