We are currently looking for an Order Entry Clerk for a growing organization in Oakville! This is a 3 month contract with the possibility for extension. The successful candidate would be responsible for order entry, support the service department, and following up with clients about their orders. The ideal candidate will excel in time management, work well in a fast paced environment and have a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities
- Accepting, entering and processing orders
- Verifying POs with quotes
- Monitor inventory and order stock when needed
- Track and trace shipments
- Follow up and invoice vendors for POs
- Customer Service through phone, mail, and fax
- Data entry into accounting software, ERP and Excel
- Gather freight quotes when needed
- Receptionist coverage during lunch and when needed
- Other administrative duties as needed
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of administration and/or order entry experience
- Experience with manufacturing industry is an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Punctual and dependable
- Ability to work as a team and individually
