We are currently looking for an Order Entry Clerk for a large organization in Oakville! This is a 1 month contract with the possibility for extension. The successful candidate would be responsible for order entry, support the sales department, and following up with clients about their orders. The ideal candidate will excel in time management, work well in a fast paced environment and have a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities
- Accepting, entering and processing orders
- Verifying POs with quotes
- Track and trace shipments
- Follow up and invoice vendors for POs
- Customer service through phone and email, providing status updates and resolving inquiries
- Managing to online que of inquiries
- Data entry into accounting software, SAP, Salesforce and Excel
- Other administrative duties as needed
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of administration and/or order entry experience
- Experience with SAP and Salesforce is an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to prioritize
- Detail oriented and organized
- Ability to problem solve in a fast paced environment
- Punctual and dependable
- Ability to work as a team and individually
