Responsibilities
Answers retailers phone calls and emails to take orders, provide information about products, availability, prices and other relevant information.
A to Z management and coordination of all outbound shipments
Communicate with external 3rd parties (warehouses/trucking) and enter orders accordingly.
Assist clients in resolving order issues and follow up by email and / or telephone.
Advise customers about winter and summer outdoor products to close sales.
Entering orders received by phone or webstore.
Other job related assigned by the supervisor.
Work closely with all sales representatives.
Verify each order to ensure that the information is accurate (product, quantity, price, shipping date, special
requirements, etc.).
In case of customer complaints or product return, investigate, initiate the paperwork and take immediate action
in order to satisfy the customer.
Always display competence, courtesy and profession
Qualifications
DEC/College degree along with 2 years’ experience in coordination or similar market-related experience.
Must be computer literate (Word, Excel).
Bilingual (French and English, spoken and written).
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time management
Adaptable, empathetic, patient and a positive-attitude are key requirements of this role;
Being sportive, preferably in individual outdoor sports, is an additional asset
