Responsibilities
- Project Planning and Execution: Craft and manage a detailed project plan that harmonizes with the broader objectives of the HR Transformation program and adheres to the approved Wave deployment cadence. This includes overseeing all facets of the Oracle implementation.
- Team resource management: Ensure that all workstream team members are informed of their roles and responsibilities on the program. Manage resource workloads and track progress to achieve planned milestones in alignment with overall program.
- Business operations and Oracle Cloud HCM knowledge: Provide guidance, recommendations, and insight to program team resources and other workstreams, based on prior project experiences with a strong focus on HR systems and business operations, implementation best practices, etc.
- Collaboration and Strategic Alignment: Work in close and constant communications with other workstream leaders - Time & Attendance, Solution Delivery Manager, OCM, Communications, Training – directly reporting to the Program Manager. This collaboration is essential for ensuring that the project is aligned with the larger program goals and the Wave deployment schedule.
- Stakeholder Management: Regularly engage with stakeholders to update them on project progress, changes, and adherence to the Wave deployment cadence. Promote a collaborative environment aligned with the project and program objectives.
- Reporting and Compliance: Provide consistent and accurate reports to the Program Manager, detailing project status, milestones, risks, and adherence to the Wave deployment cadence. Ensure compliance with PMO standards and project methodologies.
- Risk Management and Quality Assurance: Proactively identify and address potential risks, aligning risk mitigation strategies with the Wave deployment schedule. Promote Maintain high quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Seamless integration of the Oracle Cloud HCM solution with other systems, in alignment with the Integrated Project Plan and the Wave deployment cadence.
- Strong solutioning expertise to deliver high quality and effective Oracle components.
- Effective collaboration and demonstrated leadership with internal teams, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Regular and comprehensive reporting to the program manager.
- Adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and the approved deployment schedule.
