This individual contributor role requires a demonstrated ability to lead and manage tasks. The Operations Specialist will process transactions in one or more of the company's internal operations supporting domestic and international consumer, commercial, and wholesale bank businesses or service functions. Responsibilities include basic-level reporting, customer service support, and reviewing and processing transactions for item processing. The specialist will maintain internal operational and financial controls, ensuring they meet bank standards. They will ensure quality service and effective and efficient operations support for assigned areas' internal business partners and/or external customers/clients. The ideal candidate can prioritize and meet deadlines and goals, demonstrate a good working knowledge of processes and procedures, and identify and implement process improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities
Monitor and review AS400 banknote invoices following standard procedures.
Ensure assigned online support cases are completed.
Liaise with the banknote advisory desk and operations teams.
Ensure quality service and effective and efficient operations support for internal business partners and external customers.
Prioritize daily tasks to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
Identify and implement process improvements.
Resolve and escalate matched and unmatched trades for Global Banknote Clients.
Liaise with other internal departments to ensure timely resolution of outstanding contracts.
Participate in ad hoc projects for new processes or industry initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong understanding of financial transactions and processes.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
