Responsibilities
 Be able to build rapport with team members, stakeholders and business partners by using a variety of techniques and collaboration from initiation to close.
 Collaborate with business partners, and other key stakeholders to ensure projects and initiatives across the business unit are prioritized.
 Set clear and realistic expectations with partners, navigate business priorities that put the organization at risk, ensure timely follow up through effective communication.
 Assist in directing/coordinating activities of assigned initiatives. Independently and effectively manages assigned initiatives of a less complex nature.
 Participate in detailed requirement phases identifying, tracking, escalating and/or resolving business issues.

Qualifications
Must-have:
• Effective communication skills to tell a story
• Dealing with Ambiguity- not everything will be mapped out
• Analytical Thinking and Design Thinking (creative mindset brews innovation)
• Strong Data Analysis capability
• Build and foster collaborative relationships with extended team and peers as we pride ourselves in
teamwork
Nice-to-have:
• Knowledge of Contingent Workforce Management
• Good business acumen and organizational awareness
