Responsibilities
- Assign daily schedules to unionized employees using the time and attendance system, taking into account operational needs
- Update schedules based on absences, overtime and emergencies to ensure optimal coverage
- Communicate with agencies to organize the workforce required for specific operations needs
- Validate and record employee hours for payroll production and forward this information to the finance department
- Plan and monitor employee training for onboarding or skill updates to ensure compliance with business requirements
- Report to operations management on the availability of equipment required for tasks to be performed
- Produce various administrative reports related to workforce planning and operational activities
Qualifications
- AEC en logistique ou toute autre formation pertinente
- Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience pertinente dans un poste similaire de
- Préférence dans le domaine industriel, transport, maritime, logistique
- Bonne connaissance et maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office 365
- Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, autant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit
- Sens de l’organisation et du suivi
- Discrétion et réactivité dans la résolution des problèmes
- Excellentes habiletés relationnelles et de communication
- Autonomie, rigueur et bon jugement
