Responsibilities
Customer Focused Tasks:
- Execute transactions accurately and on time, adhering to established guidelines and SLAs.
- Address operational issues by connecting with the appropriate partners for resolution.
- Continuously look for opportunities to improve service delivery and process efficiency.
- Respond to partner requests promptly and professionally, ensuring high-quality service.
Operational & Shareholder Responsibilities:
- Prioritize and manage workload to meet SLAs for service and productivity.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and trends, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and escalate issues when necessary.
- Contribute to process improvements and support the accurate and timely completion of business processes.
- Comply with enterprise frameworks and methodologies, such as Anti-Money Laundering and Business Continuity Management.
Employee/Team Development:
- Foster a positive team environment that promotes collaboration, service quality, and innovation.
- Contribute to team knowledge-sharing and actively engage in personal performance management activities.
- Act as a brand ambassador for the Shared Services department and the bank, both internally and externally.
- Manage a range of transactions and activities, including non-routine requests across multiple jurisdictions.
- Perform tasks that involve both manual and automated processes, with a low to moderate financial or risk impact.
- Collaborate with internal partners and external customers to ensure smooth operational processes.
Qualifications
Must-Have:
- Bilingual (French/English): Fluency in both French and English is required.
- Previous experience in an operational or administrative role is essential.
- Ability to interact with clients and internal stakeholders professionally.
- Strong skills in Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office tools.
Nice-to-Have:
- No additional qualifications are required, but any experience with process improvement or operations analysis would be beneficial.
