Part-time: 30 hours per week, 5 days/week (6 hours/day)
Rotational shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM
Onsite 100% during training, then hybrid model with 2 onsite days post-training
Responsibilities
Provide operational support and perform general to specialized transactions within Operations & Technology.
Ensure partner relationships are maintained effectively.
Meet service level agreements (SLAs) and customer experience indicators (CEI) targets.
Handle customer issues using the established partner problem resolution process, escalating when necessary.
Ensure all required processing and inquiries are fulfilled in a timely and accurate manner.
Qualifications
Bilingual in French and English.
Call center experience.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to meet SLAs and perform data entry accurately.
