Responsibilities
Team is responsible for administration for estates for the client- Canada wide, vary across all product types.

Qualifications
Banking exp in a relevant role or Accounting or Bookkeeping – understanding of products/ services (1 to 2 years )
Previous exp with SLA’s.
Customer Service experience
Strong attention to detail/ accuracy
Critical thinking skills/ problem solving
Good communication skills – written and verbal


NICE TO HAVE:
Excel experience
Macro’s, pivot tables
