Processing small business loan applications
Preparing and sending required documents for client signatures
Programming loans (funding)
Data entry and verification
Maintaining accurate records and logs
Collaborating with internal partners (via MS Teams)
Qualifications
We are looking for a self-starter with strong attention to detail and excellent teamwork skills. The ideal candidate will possess:
High school diploma or GED, post-secondary education preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Experience with data entry and accurate information documentation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French (basic English, advanced French)
Organized and detail-oriented
Strong customer service skills
Previous banking or financial institution experience is a significant asset
Ability to pass a speed and accuracy data entry test (may be required)
