Managing settlement and closure activities for retail and wealth customers.
Ensuring accurate and timely transaction processing within established limits and procedures.
Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Developing operational knowledge, identifying process improvement opportunities, and sharing innovative ideas.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
Full professional proficiency in both English and French (written and verbal).
1-2 years of experience in a relevant banking, accounting, or bookkeeping role, with an understanding of banking products and services.
Experience working with SLAs.
Proven customer service skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
High school diploma; post-secondary education is preferred.
Nice-to-have qualifications: Proficiency in Excel (macros and pivot tables).
