Responsibilities
Execute transactions accurately and timely, adhering to established guidelines and SLAs. Refer or escalate issues as needed, collaborating with appropriate partners to maintain service quality. Identify opportunities for service improvement. Support partners with incoming transactions, validating information and performing adjustments within authority levels. Prioritize and manage workload to meet SLAs. Understand internal and industry regulations; adhere to operating policies and procedures. Maintain confidentiality; escalate issues appropriately. Support timely and accurate completion of business processes. Actively review internal processes and suggest improvements. Investigate and escalate non-standard or high-risk activities. Adhere to enterprise frameworks (e.g., Anti-Money Laundering, Business Continuity Management). Comply with Bank Code of Conduct.
Qualifications
Bilingual (French/English). Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Ability to meet deadlines and handle high volumes of work; understanding of SLAs and due dates. Adaptability to changing policies and procedures. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Attention to detail. Ability to perform repetitive tasks and apply critical thinking skills. Previous banking experience (credit/debit transactional knowledge – ability to analyze transactions) is required. Bookkeeping/accounting or financial background is a plus.
