Responsibilities
Your daily responsibilities will include supporting various stations related to funding deals, ensuring effective communication with partners, and executing transactions accurately and timely. You will be responsible for validating information, making adjustments within authority levels, responding to requests, and identifying opportunities to improve service delivery. You will also be adhering to enterprise frameworks, complying with Bank Code of Conduct, and actively contributing to process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate possesses a minimum of 3 years of experience, including 1+ years in banking and 2+ years in administration. Fluency in English and French is essential. Proficiency in MS Office Suite is required. Attention to detail, critical thinking skills, the ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, handle high volumes of work, and multitask are all crucial for success. A high school diploma is required, with post-secondary education preferred. Previous experience in a SLA driven environment is a must.
