Responsibilities
Execute transactions accurately and on time
adhere to established guidelines/procedures and SLAs
identify opportunities to improve service delivery; support partners with incoming transactions; prioritize and manage workload
understand internal and industry regulations
maintain confidentiality
support timely completion of business processes
investigate and escalate non-standard activities
adhere to enterprise frameworks (e.g., Anti-Money Laundering, Business Continuity Management)
comply with Bank Code of Conduct.
Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); 2+ years of administrative experience; strong time management skills; ability to work independently and in a team; adaptable and willing to learn; tech-savvy; understanding of risk compliance; punctual and reliable; organized and hardworking. Previous banking experience and experience working with SOPs are considered assets.
