Provide operational support; perform transactions and processing activities; support partner relationships; maintain operational effectiveness; ensure appropriate handling of customer problems; contribute to satisfactory audits; identify and escalate risks; comply with Bank Codes of Conduct; participate in process improvements; apply bank/service center policies; adapt to change; adopt new processes and technologies; ensure transaction accuracy.
Qualifications
3+ years of operations experience; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including medium-level Excel skills); strong priority management, data entry, and SLA skills; excellent communication skills; strong numerical aptitude; proactive approach; post-secondary degree; experience with Excel V-lookup and pivot tables (a plus); banking and TD experience (a plus).
