Responsibilities
Daily responsibilities include onboarding contractors to projects (AML space), working with the company managers (Level 10-11) to onboard new colleagues, fulfilling requests through system access, relationship building, email communication and follow-ups, and monitoring requests end-to-end, providing information and next steps to end-users. The role requires attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and the capacity to work well under pressure. You will be responsible for providing a broad range of operational support, executing transactions accurately, and adhering to established guidelines and SLAs.
Qualifications
Ideal candidates possess a customer experience mindset, strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel and SharePoint), and an administrative background (2-4 years preferred). Experience with SLAs is essential. Previous banking experience and customer service experience are assets but not mandatory. A post-secondary education is preferred but not required. Attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and the ability to work well under pressure are crucial.
