Strong communication skills (written and verbal) are essential. Experience with SLAs and proficiency in MS Office are required. High attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and some financial/accounting background (banking, bookkeeping) are crucial. Real estate or banking experience is a plus. Post-secondary education is required. No job hopping.
